Our "Coppo Portoghese" tiles, which have an unusually high, three dimensional profile, were designed and patented by us to imitate the look of the ancient "cap and barrel" clay tiles and of ancient Rome. But the roof is lighter and stronger and it is much easier to install. The tiles are extruded and formed with a dense and uniform material which makes them resistant to freeze/thaw cycles in a broad range of ambient temperatures.

Moreover, we use rotary equipment to achieve an automatic uniform temperature and humidity levels in the production of all of our tiles. This results in a smooth surface and even color. For years, we have developed a method to produce a wide range of colors and textures to meet our customers' requirements. The finish ranges from the standard clay look to the antique appearance of a very old tile.

In addition, the packaging is completed by automatic packing equipment. This prevents surface damage which can occur in hand packing.
