2.uses of machine
2.1Transmission adopts direct current motor through first-class retarder and flywheel adjusts energy storage to drive crank gear slider.
So as to fulfill reciprocating. Also can adopt right and left installation methods according to customers need.
2.2Operating frame reciprocates in engineer base which is made up of right, left board and soleplate. Frame is open structure, change and adjustment of pass are very easy, and gears are meshed with racks which are fixed in left and right beam. When operating frame reciprocate, roller axis and ring pass revolve along frame stroke to roll rough tube. Scale board of frame adopts wearable material.
2.3Inlet and outlet chuck are separately fixed on central and back of rolling mill tank (lengthening type :add one chuck in the front of tank) through input of turning and feeding gear box, synchronously move with operating frame.
Rough tube rotation movement thorough feeding rod driving inner gear of feeding trolley , input and output chuck box, adjust claws pressure of input and output chuck through adjusting spring of hydraulic oil tank.
2.4Feeding is through two lead screws to drive trolley stability, so as to make the trolley feed rough tube to fulfill rolling. Feeding quantity is adjusted by lead screw of turning and feeding gear box.
2.5Mandril dolly is meshed to the gears of feeding and turning gear box, so as to drive the running of mandrel pole. Upper axis is fixed in outlet chunk through leader, keep it in predetermined position. When rough tube have been rolled, mandrel trolley drive leader, back to trolley and waiting to be refilled.
2.6Feeding bracket consists of bracket and manipulator, when mandrel trolley back to predetermined position, manipulator put rough tube into feeding trolley guiding rail , then feeding trolley put the rough tube into pass to roll.
3.hydraulic pressure and technical lubricating system
3.1 hydraulic pressure and technical lubricating system
Hydraulic pressure use homemade high-performance vane pump, adopting electromagnetic valve and pressure valve produced by HUADE Group Company (former Beijing Hydraulic Pressure Products Factory), oil filter and cooler made in china with overpressure protection functions, with temperature, liquid level display.
3.2 Technical lubricating system is made up of heat-resisting gear pump group, not only supply lubrication to operating slide, gear, gear rack but also to inner and outer surface of rough tube. Ring nozzle of special design, fixed in front and back part of operating base, lubricate and cool outer surface of rough tube and roller.
Feeding outlet of finished tube has anti- rolling oil outside equipment
which are made up of wind force nozzle and so on.
