Triple wall ripple styles paper cups have 4oz, 8oz, 12oz, 16oz, 20oz and 22oz size.
The standard inside cups use 300 gram food grade board with PE coated; outside sleeve 100 gram kraft + PE coated paste by 120 gram corrugate printed based on client's image.
This styles' dimansion:
4oz top dia 62, bottom 47, high 61 mm;
8oz top dia 80, bottom 57, high 92 mm;
12oz top dia 90, bottom 60, high 113 mm;
16oz top dia 90, bottom 60, high 132 mm;
20oz top dia 90, bottom 59, high 164 mm;
22oz top dia 90, bottom 63, high 170 mm.
Since ripple style printing by flexo printing use aqueous ink according with sanitary condition, we will apply SGS certificate for proof-test before delivery.
