Appearance and size
1 The main power of the sandblasting machine comes from the
compressed air produced by the air compressor. We recommend the
screw air compressor because screw compressor runs reliably, the
outlet temperature is low (ambient temperature +80C), the oil and
water volume is small, and it can bear long-term operation. Our
company also has a screw air compressor with good quality.
2. Regulator tank(Gas storage tank):
The flow rate and pressure of compressed air discharged from the
screw compressor have some instability. Therefore, the gas storage
surge tank is required to temporarily store a certain amount of
compressed air for voltage regulation.
3. Particulate filter
Since the compressed air discharged from the compressor contains
oil mist and water, if it is not treated, it will bring a problem
to the blasting operation, such as sand moisture, valve blockage,
and workpiece contamination, so a fine filter should be added.
Since the compressed air discharged from the air compressor has a
high temperature and a high conveying speed, it will slowly cool
and produce water during the pipeline transportation process. If it
is not deal with in time, it will affect the operation when
transmitted to each working point.
Therefore, it is necessary to install a post-cooler at the rear end
of the gas storage, in order to make water vapor become water and
out of the delivery pipe, which can ensure that the compressed air
output is dry.
5. Sandblasting machine
