Soft enamel lapel pins are our most popular pin style. The raw material of pins is a roll of copper,

brass or steel sheet. The sheets are struck using a die that is created from your artwork, which may be

a logo or a combination of a logo and texts. The die cutting and pressing will leave an impression in

the metal, which defines the design on the face of your pin.

The die-cut piece is then polished and electroplated. After electroplating, our workers drips enamel

paint colors into the cavities, one at a time. When all colors are finished, the pins are sent to an

electric stove for drying. If you would prefer, your soft enamel pins can also be covered with a clear

epoxy coating to protect the colors. Custom soft enamel pins offer great looks at an affordable price,

and are perfect products as corporate promotional items, sport gears, or fundraisers for charitable

organizations, employee recognition awards, etc.

Alternatively, lapel pins can be die-cast zinc alloy and colored with hard enamel.

A: Yes, we provide free samples similar to the product you’re looking for or in your development project. The samples are for your reference only to check the quality level we can deliver. However, customers need to pay for the shipping cost of the samples.

Q: How can I get samples of my own design?

A: Firstly, please discuss with us about all the details of your development, such as material to be used, structure and function of the product, your target price etc. You can send us a similar sample, or a drawing, or a logo, or any kind of artwork. We will evaluate the design and provide our recommendations. When everything is clear, we can proceed to sampling. Upon receiving your payment for the new mold, our technician will make a mold drawing for you to check and confirm all the details. Then, you wait for the samples to come out. We will arrange shipment of the samples to your address.

Q: Do I get a refund for the mold cost if I place an order after the sampling?

A: Yes, we will refund the mold cost you have paid as long as your order quantity meets our refund policy.

Q: How long does it take to make samples?

A: Molding and sampling will normally take 10 to 20 days depending on the complexity of the production processes.

Q: How long will the production take?

A: After confirmation of samples, production will take 10 to 20 days depending on the total quantity and number of designs.

Q: How are the products shipped to my address?

A: For order quantities of less than 5,000 pcs, we would recommend courier, such as DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, SF-Express etc, which will take less than 10 days to arrive depending on the remoteness of your address. For large order quantities exceeding 5,000 pcs, sea shipping will save a lot of cost. All shipping costs are assumed by customer.
