The machine can finish material-feeding, printing, varnish, solid color coating, IR or UV drying, laminating, rewinding and die-cutting even slitting(cold stamping, glue side printing, turn bar, corona treatment) ect in one process,it is an ideal machine for printing paper and top-grade adhesive label(customized with the function of glue side print, aluminum foil ect)

1. The flexo printing machine adopts the ceramic anilox rollers to spread ink. which is characterized by wearable, harden treatment and long using life, etc. It can improve the printing efficiency and more pretty products.
2. Unwinding and rewinding of the flexo printing machine is controlled by magnetism power brake and clutch. Tension controller is automatic. .
3. Printing unit of the flexo printing machine adopt 360º to regulate for registration.
4. Each printing unit of the flexo printing machine has one IR drier(6 fans, customized for more efficient). UV dryer can be optional.
5. The rubber roller of the flexo printing machine can break away automatically while stop, and running at a low speed, in order to avoid ink being dried to damage the flexo resin plate.
6. The main motor of the flexo printing machine is adopted the import stepless regulation of frequency conversion.
7. Unwinding and rewinding shaft adopt air shaft each 1 pc 3 inch, it's convenient to change load and unload the material.
