Application:

PR Series plate pressure oil purifier is designed for power plants, industrial and mining substations, lubricants warehouse, tractor station, petroleum, chemical, cement, metallurgy etc. It can purify transformer oil, turbine oil, hydraulic oils, gear oils, lubricating oil and remove water, mechanical impurities. PR plate pressure oil purifier is consisted of filter bed, plates, oil pump, motor and filtering papers. The filter bed and plates consist of a filter house, between the plates, the papers as filtering media. It also can purify fuel oil, cooking oil by using special materials and motor. PR-series oil purifier has a simple structure, convenient filter replacement, high filtration precision, easy operation, low cost.

Product Features:
1. Plates and Frame can be equipped with fully S.S.304 material. It can meet the food degree.
2. It can ensure high pressure and temperature, so that could used in more fields, get lowest moisture and most output.
3. Manual model closing is practical and cost saving. Basically zero running cost.
4. Plate & Frame structure designed for easy operation and maintenance.
5. The flatness of the filter plate is lower than 25μm can perfectly avoid leakage.
6. Every plates is tested under high closing pressure 21 MPa.
7. All structure is also can be coated by S.S.304, so that easy to clean and serves longer.
8. Main beam can be made of high quality SS304 with sand blasting processing and it is of high intensity and corrosion resisting.
9. All beams are produced by making use of submerged arc auto welding technology.
10. The filter cloth is pure cotton material, so that non-toxic, odourless.
