Test product sample description

This program is aimed at the detection of the pacifier combination cover, and the colors are transparent, red, and yellow. The product specifications are as follows:

• Side detection of the transparent cover: detect black spots and oil defects on the transparent cover of the combined cover. Four cameras are equipped here;
• Detection of the inner nozzle part: due to the material of the outer cover, some positions of the inner nozzle part are not visible or very unclear. Therefore, the detection of the inner nozzle part is mainly for the visible position , That is, defects visible through the outer cover can be detected;
• Combination cover base detection: the base color is divided into three colors: red, yellow, and white. The detection content includes black spots and oil stains. The overlapping parts of the base and the transparent cover can also be detected if black spots or oil stains are visible. It cannot be detected if it is not visible;
• Cover top surface detection: here is equipped with a camera on the top surface to detect the visible position of the top surface of the transparent cover and the internal suction nozzle;
• Lid edge detection: here is equipped with a device to detect burrs, flashes, lack of material, and black spots on the lid.

Inspection Details

The inspection equipment includes mechanical parts, visual electronic hardware and inspection system software. Both parties need to predetermine the height of the conveyor line to facilitate the on-site equipment docking.The equipment needs to be regularly maintained and cleaned during use (such as conveyor belt cleaning, camera cleaning, etc.). The testing equipment itself will not cause secondary pollution sources (such as debris, fine foam, etc.) to the tested samples.

Delivery Time

The production cycle of the whole machine is expected to take 60 days. If additional inspection requirements are added or more adjustment needed, the time will be appropriately extended accordingly. After the equipment arrives at the customer's site, our company arranges after-sales personnel to complete installation and adjustment at the customer's site.

After Sales Service

The seller should complete the creation and debugging of the product basic algorithm model before the equipment is shipped, also provide remote assistance after the equipment arrives at the customer site; and provide buyer with the factory data and operation manual of equipment.
