◆ Cisco Linksys MGBSX1 compatible SFP transceiver supports up to 550m link

lengths over multi-mode fiber (MMF) using a wavelength of 850nm via an LC connector.

Each SFP transceiver module is individually tested to be used on a series of Cisco

switches, routers, servers, network interface card (NICs) etc.

◆ Featuring low power consumption, the hot swappable 1G SFP transceiver is ideal

for Internet Service Provider (ISP) Gigabit Ethernet communication links, Enterprise

LAN & SAN Networks, Data Center LAN & SAN Networks and other optical links.

◆ The Gigabit Ethernet SX Mini-GBIC SFP Transceiver from Cisco is an expansion

module that adds high-density fiber connectivity to compatible devices. It installs in

a Mini-GBIC compliant slot and features a duplex LC connector that is compatible

with 850nm multi-mode fiber cables.

◆ The module features a duplex LC connector for fiber connectivity. Fiber allows you

to transmit data over much longer distances than standard copper cabling. This module

is compatible with 850nm multi-mode fiber cables, facilitating transfers of a distance of

up to 550 m.
