Working principle

The ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, driven by side gears, with two chambers and grids. The material enters into the first chamber through the feed port. There are many kinds of steel balls in the first chamber, such as grading liner and corrugated liner. The shell rotates to produce eccentricity. This force makes the ball reach a certain height, and then the ball gravity drops and impact grinding. After the first grinding in the first chamber, the material enters the second chamber through the isolation screen. There are Fiat lining plate and steel ball in the second chamber. After the second grinding, the material is discharged through the discharge screen.
