Product Feature

Flush type and surface distribution boxes/distribution boards are mainly used in the circuit Of AC 50Hz, rated voltage 220V/380V, and acted to install the modular combination equipment. It is widely used in the family, high building, house, station, port, airport, commercial house, hospital,cinema, enterprises and so on occasion.

1. Base box to be available for powder coated steel, 1.0mm for 1&2row, 1.2mm for3rows.

2. Cover frame to be available for ABS material.

3. Door to be available for ABS, color white.

4. All plastic parts are without specific flame retardant and qualified to pass incandescent wire test at 650℃.

5. Pastic can be customized to flame retardant (grade V1~V0 depends on material choosed).

Installation Precautions

1. When the bottom box is embedded with concrete for on-site pouring, the surrounding support shall be made inside the bottom box to prevent the bottom box from deformation.

2. The maximum bearing torque of the earthing bolt on the bottom box is 18N. M.

3. It is recommended to install the support surface after the wall is puttying.

4. The bracket is attached to the wall for installation.

5. The installation of the box must be grounded, and the box is not equipped with earthing.
