1. Introduction of Thermoplastic Polyurethane Cast Film Extrusion Line

A vacuum automatic feeder is fixed on the top of the dryer, a single screw extruder is installed on the side of the dryer, and a hydraulic filter is installed on the top of the single screw extruder. The screen changer and the melting pump adopt a through connection, and then connect with the mold through a flow channel. A casting machine is placed at the bottom of the mold. After the casting, there is a five-roller cooling part, and the five-roller cooling is followed by a thickness gauge for thickness measurement. Some auxiliary devices are added after the thickness gauge according to customer requirements, such as corona device and coating. cloth device and so on, and finally the winder.
