4). Quick-change for bottle mould.
5). Wearable aluminum alloy mould surface with special treatment of hardness.

7). It adopts the gripper transfer technology accurately controlled by cam mechanism. It is very stable and reliable while transferring preforms and bottle at high speed.Preform picking & sending are all finished by grippers to avoid middle pollution.

3). Inductive switch control the feeding of film, which can control the length of film and reduce the consumption.
4). Imported transducer control for the convey motor, which can realize stepless speed regulation.
5). Advanced Helical air circulation structure, three layer of heat insulation treatment, and energy saving.
6). Strengthened cooling shaped tunnel, which can shaped the package quickly and transported conveniently.
7). Loading bottom plate automatically, color film wrapping and shrinking.
