Pay off → Wire arranging→ Mechanical descaling→ Horizontal type wire drawing and forming machine → Vertical and horizontal straightening → Three roll clamping and driving→ Cleaning unit →Heating No.1 →Heating No.2 →Heating No.3 → Heat Preservation → Cooling for Quenching → Induction Tempering → Heat Preservation →Cooling for Tempering →Three roll clamping and driving → Shearing → Wire separating → Wire take-up

1) The complete production line is composed of preheating power supply unit, raising temperature power supply unit, quenching power supply unit and tempering power supply unit with reasonable configuration.
2) The complete production line adopts PLC+frequency variable control with high automation, can realize tension control, automatic feeding, automatic shearing and automatic take-up.
