Low Cost water sludge treatment machine KGY Series Hollow Blade dryer with Low Consuption
How it works:
Hollow shaft lined with dense wedge-shaped hollow blades , axial
flow through the heating medium through the hollow blades . The
effective heat transfer area per unit volume is large, the heat
medium temperature from 40 ℃ to 320 ℃, can be water vapor, hot
water or thermal oil can be like. A heat transfer medium through
the rotary joint flows through the housing jacket and hollow
stirring shaft , the stirring shaft hollow type according to the
heat medium having a different internal structure , to ensure
optimum heat transfer.
And the blade is heated by injecting steam into the jacket while
simultaneously through the discharge port into the upper portion of
the heated dry air through the further drying , thereby greatly
increasing the dry strength of the device. Evaporated moisture from
the dryer exhaust out through the baghouse filtration, dried powder
recovered down , wet air from the water after the dust suction fan
vented to the outdoors .
