1. Water treatment machine

Used for purified water, mineral water and other bottled water, food and beverage production water.
It is mainly composed of the following equipment: pre-treatment system (water tank,multi-medium filter, active carbon filter, ion exchanger, millipore filter), membrane separation system (ultrafilter, nanometer filter, RO system), electrodialysis device, sterilization system (UV device, ozone device) ,product water tank and so on.

2.Blow Moulding Machine

Blow moulding machine 1,000-24,000bph, and 0.25-2L PET bottles are available;
It is widely used to produce the carbonated bottle, mineral water, pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle and hot fill bottle, etc;

The simple slide-in way of mold mounting makes it possible for the operators to change molds easily within 30 minutes

3. Bottle Unscrambler

KY series bottle unscrambler machine is the latest generation of automatic intelligent bottle unscrambler machine. The machine adopts intelligent fully enclosed visual design, photoelectric detection and dual anti-clogging bottle functions, and is suitable for many types of bottles. The size of the whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, which is strong and durable. The automatic adjustment bottle machine is a supporting equipment for soft drink filling. It is used to transport messy PET bottles to the production line neatly to improve production efficiency.

4. Air Supply System

The air conveying line is a device that uses wind to convey empty PET bottles. It is widely used in the beverage industry to convey empty PET bottles. It realizes that the empty bottles produced by the bottle blowing machine are directly transported to the filling machine for disinfection, cleaning, filling and sealing, which reduces the turnover pollution of the empty bottles during the conveying process and saves production costs.

5.Water Filling Machine

Water filling line production capacity is usual in 1,0000-12,000bph, 500ML PET bottles are available;
Water filling line can apply to fill natural spring water, purified water, carbonated water, flavored water into PET bottle by changing few spare parts;

6. Water Blowing Machine

1). The whole is made of SUS304 stainless steel, equipped with a special protective cover, and the product design is beautiful and generous.
2). Adopt the special air knife imported from Germany with SUS304 material, the width of the air outlet is 1mm, the adjustable range is 0.3mm-3mm, and the effective length is up to 1200mm, which can adapt to the drying requirements of the tank in different environments.

7. Inkjet printer

1). The number of coding lines is up to 5, and the speed is up to 293 meters/minute (960 feet/minute).

8. Capping Liquid Level Inkjet Code Detection Machine

The capping liquid level inkjet code detection equipment is composed of a detection unit, a human-machine interface, a control unit, and a rejection mechanism.
