Water based plate production process is rougly divided into the floowing parts: batching, dispersion, grinding, painting mixing, filtration and filling;

Batching and transportation: liquid batching uses pump, flow meter; powder batching uses weighing system, gas transportation; Accessory ingredient batching uses weighing meter.
Dispersion: the first process of pulping, the powder liquid is dispered fastly and evenly into the liquid by high speed dispering machine, form powder without agglomeration, mixing uniformity while pump;

Grinding: the secong prcess pf pulping, grind the white pulp to the desired fineness through germany technology-basket type grinding miller;
Paint mixing: mix the prepared pulp with emlusion, clolor paste and accessory ingredient evenly by single axle or multifunction paint mixing kettle;
Filtration:through bag type filter or self cleaning filter filt the impurity out of finished paint;

Filling: filling the filtered finished product, the specification usually is 10-25kg, can choose semi-automatic or fully automatic filling machine.

Coating line uses internationally advanced disperation grinding all in one machine--basket type grinding miller as grinding device. The grinded product has the floowing characterisitcs: high fineness, stable quality, small different color, less impurity pollution.

Paint mixing system can produce and deploy various kinds of high, medium, low viscosity paint products, cleaning easy. Can choose multifunction paint mixing kettle to produce various kinds of mastic coating (such as gigging paint, elastic paint, putty).
4. High automation
Can set the powder, liquid storage and automatic batching system, fully automatic filling system, PLC control system according to process requirement to realize whole line automatic long distance control production.
