Hvac System Insulation pin nails production introuduce:

Perforated Base Insulation Pin nails are used to fasten heavier insulation materials to

surfaces that self-sticking pins cannot adhere to. Each base is perforated with 44 small

holes that are used to "grab" the adhesive or allow a screw/nail to hold the base in place.

Once the insulation is pierced onto the pin, a locking washer or a domed cap can be

installed to hold the insulation in place.
For the pin ,the material usually choose stainless steel wire ,aluminum wire ,galvainzied

wire ,the wire must be annealed ,then it is soft to bend ,easy to use
For the base ,the material must be hard and not easily deformed

The insulation pin usally install with a selt-locking washer and dome cap washer

Application of the Insulation pin nails

Insulation Pins With Perforated Base Plate is suitable for air tube insulation, glass curtain

wall insulation,steel structure and other thermal insulation construction is not high temperature,

the adhesive method can be used for thermal nail special fast dry glue or can be used for

advanced foam adhesive

* Operation Temperatures: 15 to 25 ℃
* Working Surface should be clean and dry, free of dust, grease, oil and any other loose matter.
* Insulation can be impaled immediately and firmly locked with fastening washer.
* The Maximum strength of adhesive is achieved after 24 hours
