(1) Low-alloy cast steel:
The drive wheel is made of high-quality low-alloy cast steel

(2) High-hardness rail surface (HRC > 50):
In order to reduce wear and extend service life, the track surface
of the drive wheel is specially treated, and the hardness reaches
HRC 50 or more. This high hardness property effectively resists
friction and wear, maintaining the integrity of the rail even under
long-term high load operation, ensuring the accuracy and stability
of power transmission.
(3) Tempering to prevent cracking and fragmentation:
In order to further improve the durability and safety of the drive
wheel, we use a tempering treatment process. This step eliminates
the residual stress generated during the heat treatment process and
prevents the drive wheel from cracking and chipping during use,
thus ensuring its stable operation under harsh conditions.
